1. Return Policy

We do not offer returns for refund unless the product is defective or an incorrect item is received.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is inspected, we will notify you about approval. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchange is available only on eligible products and must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact

4. Non-Eligible Items

• Used or damaged products (after delivery)
• Products without original packaging
• Items bought during sale or special offers

5. Exchange Process

Once approved, we will arrange pickup (if available) or ask you to self-ship the product. After inspection, the replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
